Michelle recently helped us purchase our first home and I cannot imagine having done it without her. As everyone knows, the home buying process is extremely painful, but Michelle was the best partner throughout the process. She is extremely honest about properties and ensures that her clients are buying not only the right home for them, but also a property that is a sound investment. She cares tremendously about her clients and is always available for advice or to reassure you. I always knew that she was doing whatever she had to get us the house. Her extensive real estate knowledge, calm and collected demeanor and amazing attitude carried us through the whole selling and buying process. It was truly a breeze! She listed our home on a Thursday and with her incredible marketing tactics we had multiple OVER ASKING PRICE offers by the weekend!! She carefully selected the most appropriate buyer and quickly executed the negotiations. During the same weekend we found our new home at an open house. She somehow effortlessly juggled both our sale and our purchase (with a contingent offer based on the sale of the current home).

Thanks to Michelle we sold our home for more than we had expected and we were in our new home a month later. Thank you Michelle!!!

Michelle Graci is truly a godsend!

Not only did she personally drive me around different neighborhoods for hours on end to find the perfect home, but once I found it, she stopped at nothing to make sure it was mine. She's knowledgable, extremely responsive (I don't think this woman ever sleeps haha) and she makes the buying process stress free and seamless.

Michelle was/is so amazing at what she does I had to write a review.
